Team Carter was honored to attend the Texas Purple Heart bill signing today with Greg Abbott. Also in attendance were Rep. Tony Dale, Sen. Troy Fraser, Brigadier General Patrick Hamilton, Colonel Matthew G. Elledge, witness Howard Ray and family and Killeen Mayor Scott Cosper.
